- Trouble breathingOpen‑mouth breathing in cats, blue or pale gums, choking.
- HeatstrokeHeavy panting or collapse in hot weather. Cool with water, not ice, and come in.

What are your opening hours?
We're open every day from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Emergency cases are taken, so call 0300 0264625 before you come and we'll be ready.
Do you deliver pet food?
Yes. Order online and pay cash on delivery, or choose free pickup from the clinic. We confirm delivery timing by phone.
How much does cat grooming cost?
Basic grooming is PKR 1,500, Premium is PKR 2,500 and Deluxe, with a full haircut and flea and tick treatment, is PKR 3,500.
Do you offer discounts for stray animals?
Yes. We offer special discounts on spaying and neutering for stray and rescue animals. Call or WhatsApp us to arrange it.
Do you offer pet boarding?
Yes. We board cats and dogs in a clean space where healthy and sick pets are kept separately, and we send you updates while you're away.
Do you do home visits?
Yes. If you can't bring your animal in, call 0300 0264625 to arrange a visit from one of our vets.
Which animals do you treat?
Dogs and cats, as well as birds, rabbits, exotic pets and rescued wildlife.
